These are retired from service and require repair. Units are reported to have rust and cracks. Buyer is responsible to inspect before bidding to validate condition.</p><p>Ballast cars;<br>MNCW 1322 Build date on record 4/1/1961<br>MNCW 1327 Build date March 3/1/1961<br>MNCW1329 Build date on record 6/13/1963<br>MNCW1303 No build date on record but estimated 1961, and rebuilt in 1977</p><p>There is some ballast left in each car and it will NOT be removed.</p><p>Transportation is the buyer's responsibility and must be moved by rail. Units are located on Croton East adjacent to CSX tracks/yard. Units have a class one brake inspection and are all in date.</p><p>The units are sold "AS IS WHERE IS", and Metro North offers no guarantee or warranty.</p><p>Forty-Eight (48) hours notice is required to removal.</p><p>Payment is required in FIVE (5) calendar days after final approval.
