<br>Brand new John Deere 2025r 4x4 mini backhoe tractor it is a year 2023 but it has no hours on it it's a long story but the implements have been used on the machine and the machine has no hours on it it has custom cut wheels and widened Wheels, 4 inch rear wheel 2 inch front wheel spacers,and has a custom heated cab custom lighting inside the cab for night work has custom outside lighting custom wheel weights and the tractor only has under 1 hour on the machine comes with front end loader attachment, all implements are quick attach and quick detach, 60 inch mower deck, backhoe, like I said it is brand new a 2023 but I had the Wheels custom made so it is wider and it will handle being on a side slope a lot better than a normal tractor would and the mower deck I widened the bogey Wheels so that it will accommodate the wider stance and you can drive right over the mower to attach or detach,everything is in perfect working order it is brand new it has a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty on it and a 6 year powertrain and it also has insurance on it for 6 years if it rolls over or something happens to the machine where it gets totaled it is fully insured but it is a very nice machine for doing small jobs around the house mowing your grass it's four wheel drive it has 4 in wheel spacers in the rear and the rear rims were widened it has every Bell and whistle that you can get the cab is the  deluxe version that comes with a windshield wiper and a cab heater the front windshield tilts out the doors are removable as is the rear window, windows are tinted to keep the sunlight out and to make it manageable it also has a fan inside unfortunately it is not air conditioned but it is a great machine and I am just looking to get out from underneath it so that I can go and buy a bigger machine that is the only reason I am getting rid of it. book value is $45,000 I priced it at $41,000 to get rid of it quickly!
