Werk-Brau Company began in 1947 by two men named Duke Werkheiser and Dutch Brautigan in Findlay, Ohio and was a blacksmithing company. Werk-Brau Equipment was incorporated in 1955 and began its journey with heavy equipment that is used in excavation and construction. Currently, the business employs around 160 persons, all skilled at manufacturing and selling the equipment.
